Even though a “how to catch Victini” insert is included in every Pokemon Black and Pokemon White game box, we still get an average of 2 emails per day from confused fans inquiring about how to catch Victini… @_@ So because of this, I’ve decided to post this story up to help anyone who’s not sure how to unlock the event to battle and catch Victini. As a reminder, the Liberty Pass is only available for download over Wi-Fi until April 10th in Canada and the USA.

No, it’s not possible to get it without a WiFi connection because you need to download the Liberty Ticket over WiFi.
The only other way is have someone trade you it using the infrared connection.

The Good points about getting exclusive pokemon over wi-fi is that they are an important treasure to any mega pokemon fans team, and the bad point is that not everyone has wi-fi. Im really REALLY hoping to connect to it soon, so that ill have a new addition to my fully awesome team! (Go Serperior!)

Okay, so I was at the bowling alley with my friends, and I decided to go and try to catch Victini. My friend (he finished White in 3 days with a Snivy. He kept it that way.) noticed that I was having a few problems. I had it really low on hp, and it was asleep. He told me that instead of drumming the A button, that I should hold it. So I threw and ultra ball, held A, and caught it. Also, they are really, really hard to train. SO GO GET A MUNNA AND FIND A STRONG POKEMON WITH FALSE SWIPE!!!! Use Fs and then yawn, hold A with an ultra ball, and you have Victini!
